As part of a website relaunch, we rewrote website texts for this aesthetic clinic. The challenge for us was to produce texts that were technically accurate but accessible and engaging. As beauty treatments are a very personal choice, we needed to make sure we addressed all the usual questions, even doubts, that people might have about the procedures used. As the audience is very varied and likely to speak English as a second language, we also had to be mindful not to be too convoluted or abstract. After launch, we also delivered blogging, newsletters, and social media marketing backed up with regular PPC campaigns to drive growth.
